These policies apply to purchases made through this online store. Please review them carefully before placing an order.

RETURN & REFUND POLICY

ALL SALES ARE FINAL

Many of our products are made, printed, or produced specifically after an order is placed. Accordingly, ALL SALES ARE FINAL, except for verified damaged, defective, materially misprinted, or incorrect items, or where otherwise required by applicable law.

We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges because of:

  • Buyer's remorse or change of mind;

  • Ordering the wrong size, color, style, design, or quantity;

  • Accidental or duplicate orders;

  • Failure to review product descriptions, measurements, sizing information, or order details;

  • Minor variations inherent in printing or manufacturing;

  • Differences between colors displayed on a screen and the physical product;

  • Delivery delays outside our reasonable control; or

  • Personal preference or dissatisfaction unrelated to a verified defect or fulfillment error.

Please review your entire order carefully before completing your purchase.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, MISPRINTED, OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If an item arrives damaged, defective, materially misprinted, or materially incorrect because of a production or fulfillment error, you must contact us within seven (7) calendar days of confirmed delivery.

Your claim must include:

  1. Your order number;

  2. A description of the problem;

  3. Clear photographs showing the entire product and the claimed problem;

  4. Photographs of the packaging and shipping label when requested; and

  5. Any additional information reasonably necessary to verify the claim.

Failure to provide sufficient information may prevent us from verifying or processing a claim.

Submitting a claim does not automatically entitle the customer to a refund.

For an eligible claim, we reserve the right, subject to applicable law, to determine the appropriate remedy, which may include replacement, store credit, or refund of the affected item's purchase price.

We may require additional documentation and/or return of an item before providing a remedy.

MADE-TO-ORDER AND PRINT-ON-DEMAND PRODUCTS

Many products sold through this Store are produced specifically for the customer after an order is submitted.

Once an order has entered production, it generally cannot be canceled, modified, returned, or exchanged.

This includes, without limitation, apparel, books, accessories, drinkware, home goods, printed merchandise, customized products, and other made-to-order merchandise.

SIZING

Customers are responsible for selecting the correct size.

Sizing can vary among manufacturers, garments, brands, and product styles. Customers should review the size chart or measurements provided for a product before purchasing.

Selecting the wrong size does not constitute a product defect and does not qualify an order for a return, refund, or exchange, except where otherwise required by law.

PRODUCT VARIATIONS

Product photographs, illustrations, and digital mockups are provided for reference.

Because products may be manufactured or printed individually, reasonable variations may occur in color, print placement, dimensions, texture, stitching, materials, finish, or other characteristics.

Colors may also appear differently depending upon a customer's monitor, phone, or other display.

Reasonable manufacturing, printing, and visual variations are not defects.

FINAL-SALE PRODUCTS

Unless otherwise required by applicable law, the following are final sale:

  • Made-to-order and print-on-demand products except for verified defects or fulfillment errors;

  • Personalized or customized products;

  • Digital products and downloads after access or delivery;

  • Gift cards;

  • Clearance and specifically designated final-sale merchandise; and

  • Items that have been used, worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery.

REFUNDS

Approved monetary refunds will generally be returned to the original payment method.

Banks, card issuers, and payment processors control how long it takes for a processed refund to appear in an account.

Original shipping charges are nonrefundable except where required by law or where we expressly determine otherwise.

ABUSE OF THIS POLICY

To the extent permitted by law, we reserve the right to refuse future transactions or restrict access to the Store in cases involving suspected fraud, abusive conduct, repeated false claims, fraudulent chargebacks, or misuse of our return and refund procedures.

Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot legally be waived under applicable law.

SHIPPING & FULFILLMENT POLICY

THIRD-PARTY FULFILLMENT

Products may be manufactured, printed, packaged, and shipped by independent third-party manufacturers and fulfillment providers.

Different products may be produced at different facilities.

As a result, items purchased together may arrive in separate packages and on different dates.

Separate shipments from the same order do not constitute incomplete fulfillment merely because they arrive at different times.

PRODUCTION TIMES

Many products are made to order and require production time before shipment.

Any production or fulfillment time displayed on the Store is an estimate, not a guaranteed completion date, unless we expressly state otherwise in writing.

Production times may change because of order volume, product availability, manufacturing conditions, holidays, supplier delays, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY ESTIMATES

Shipping and delivery dates are estimates unless expressly guaranteed in writing.

We cannot guarantee delivery by a particular date based solely upon an estimated shipping or delivery timeframe.

Customers should allow sufficient time when ordering products for holidays, birthdays, events, gifts, travel, or other date-sensitive purposes.

A failure to arrive by a customer's preferred date does not, by itself, create a right to cancellation or refund.

SHIPPING ADDRESSES

Customers are solely responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

Please verify your address before completing your purchase.

We are not responsible for orders that are delayed, lost, returned, misdelivered, or undeliverable because the customer supplied an incorrect or incomplete address.

If an item must be produced again or reshipped because of an address supplied incorrectly by the customer, the customer may be responsible for additional production and shipping charges.

ADDRESS CHANGES

Because orders may enter production quickly, we cannot guarantee that a shipping address can be changed after an order has been placed.

Contact us immediately if you discover an error, but submitting an address-change request does not guarantee that the change can be made.

CARRIER DELAYS

Once an order has been transferred to a shipping carrier, delivery is subject to the carrier's operations.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Postal or shipping carriers;

  • Weather;

  • Natural disasters;

  • Labor disruptions;

  • Customs or border processing;

  • Governmental action;

  • Transportation disruptions;

  • Peak holiday volume;

  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses; or

  • Other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

TRACKING AND DELIVERED PACKAGES

When tracking information is available, customers are responsible for monitoring delivery.

If carrier tracking shows that a package was delivered to the address supplied with the order, that tracking information may be treated as evidence of delivery.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for theft, disappearance, or loss occurring after confirmed delivery.

Customers experiencing suspected theft or carrier misdelivery should promptly contact the applicable carrier and, when appropriate, local authorities.

RETURNED OR UNCLAIMED PACKAGES

If a package is returned because of an incorrect address, failure to claim the package, refusal of delivery, or another circumstance attributable to the customer, we do not guarantee a refund.

Additional production and/or shipping charges may be required before an order is reshipped.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Where international shipping is offered, customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, brokerage charges, or other governmental fees imposed by the destination jurisdiction unless expressly stated otherwise at checkout.

Customs processing may delay delivery.

We are not responsible for customs delays or charges imposed by governmental authorities.

TERMS OF SERVICE

1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of this website, online store, products, content, and related services (collectively, the "Store").

By accessing the Store, placing an order, or purchasing a product, you agree to these Terms and the Store's Return & Refund Policy, Shipping & Fulfillment Policy, Privacy Policy, and any other policies expressly applicable to your transaction.

2. PRODUCTS AND AVAILABILITY

We reserve the right to add, modify, limit, replace, suspend, or discontinue products at any time without prior notice.

Products are subject to availability through our manufacturers, printers, suppliers, and fulfillment providers.

We do not guarantee continued availability of any particular product, size, color, style, material, edition, or configuration.

3. THIRD-PARTY MANUFACTURING AND FULFILLMENT

Some or all physical products may be manufactured, printed, packaged, or shipped by independent third-party providers.

We may change manufacturers, suppliers, printers, carriers, or fulfillment providers without notice.

Items within the same order may be manufactured at different facilities and shipped separately.

4. PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS AND IMAGES

We make reasonable efforts to display products accurately but do not warrant that product photographs, mockups, colors, descriptions, dimensions, specifications, or other information will always be complete, current, or error-free.

Reasonable variations resulting from printing, manufacturing, materials, production facilities, or digital displays do not necessarily constitute defects.

5. PRICING

Prices may change without notice.

We reserve the right to correct pricing, promotional, discount, listing, or product-description errors.

If an order was placed based upon a material pricing or listing error, we may cancel the affected transaction and refund the amount paid for the canceled item rather than fulfill the order at the erroneous price, to the extent permitted by law.

6. RIGHT TO REFUSE OR CANCEL ORDERS

Submission of an order does not require us to accept or fulfill it.

To the extent permitted by law, we may refuse, limit, or cancel an order because of:

  • Product or production unavailability;

  • Pricing or listing errors;

  • Suspected fraud or unauthorized transactions;

  • Payment problems;

  • Suspected resale or commercial misuse;

  • Abusive conduct;

  • Violation of these Terms; or

  • Other legitimate operational or business reasons.

If we cancel a paid order before fulfillment, we will provide the appropriate refund for the canceled portion.

7. ORDER CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS

Many products enter production shortly after purchase.

Once production begins, orders generally cannot be changed or canceled.

Customers are responsible for reviewing all product selections, quantities, personalization, sizing, billing information, and shipping information before submitting an order.

8. RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Returns, refunds, replacements, and exchanges are governed by our Return & Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.

9. SHIPPING

Shipping and fulfillment are governed by our Shipping & Fulfillment Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.

10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Unless expressly stated otherwise, the Store and its contents—including books, written materials, photographs, graphics, illustrations, artwork, product designs, logos, trademarks, branding, videos, downloads, educational materials, investigative materials, and other original content—are owned by or licensed to us and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

Purchasing a product does not transfer ownership of the intellectual property embodied in that product.

Except where expressly authorized in writing or otherwise permitted by law, you may not reproduce, republish, distribute, upload, modify, sublicense, commercially exploit, or create derivative commercial products from protected Store materials.

11. INFORMATIONAL AND EDUCATIONAL MATERIALS

Products or content concerning criminal cases, investigations, forensic science, forensic genetic genealogy, law enforcement, criminal defense, courts, legal issues, or related subjects are provided for informational, educational, commentary, or entertainment purposes as applicable.

Nothing provided or sold through this Store constitutes individualized legal advice.

A purchase from this Store does not, by itself, establish an attorney-client, investigator-client, expert-witness, consultant-client, fiduciary, or other professional relationship.

Any professional engagement must be separately established through an applicable written agreement.

12. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

The Store may rely upon third-party platforms, manufacturers, fulfillment companies, payment processors, shipping carriers, applications, and service providers.

Third parties may operate under their own terms and policies.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for independent acts, omissions, outages, or failures of third parties outside our reasonable control.

13. PROHIBITED USE

You may not use the Store:

  • For unlawful or fraudulent purposes;

  • To interfere with Store security or operation;

  • To provide false or fraudulent information;

  • To engage in fraudulent payment disputes or chargebacks;

We may restrict or terminate access for violations of these Terms to the extent permitted by law.

14. FRAUD AND PAYMENT DISPUTES

We reserve the right to investigate suspected fraud, misuse, unauthorized transactions, and payment disputes.

Where legally appropriate, we may provide relevant records to payment processors, financial institutions, fulfillment providers, carriers, or authorities.

Such records may include order information, transaction records, tracking and delivery information, communications, photographs, policy-acceptance records, and other relevant evidence.

15. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE STORE AND PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," EXCEPT FOR WARRANTIES THAT CANNOT LEGALLY BE DISCLAIMED.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, WHERE SUCH DISCLAIMERS ARE LEGALLY PERMITTED.

Nothing in this provision eliminates a warranty or consumer right that applicable law does not permit us to eliminate.

16. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, PUNITIVE, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE STORE, PRODUCTS, OR THESE TERMS.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING FROM A PARTICULAR PRODUCT PURCHASE WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT ACTUALLY PAID TO US FOR THE PRODUCT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that applicable law does not permit to be excluded or limited.

17. INDEMNIFICATION

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Store owner and its affiliates, contractors, service providers, and representatives from third-party claims, damages, liabilities, and reasonable expenses arising from your unlawful use of the Store, violation of these Terms, or infringement of another person's rights.

18. SEVERABILITY

If a provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, it will be enforced to the maximum extent legally permissible or severed as necessary. The remaining provisions will remain in effect.

19. NO WAIVER

Our failure to enforce a provision on one occasion does not waive that provision or our right to enforce it later.

20. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may modify these Terms from time to time.

The version applicable to a transaction will be the version in effect when the transaction occurred, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

21. GOVERNING LAW AND VENUE

These Terms, the Store, and any transaction or dispute arising out of or relating to the Store, its products, or services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles, except to the extent applicable federal law or another law that cannot legally be waived or modified applies.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to the Store, these Terms, or a transaction with the Store shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts having jurisdiction in Maricopa County, Arizona, and each party consents to the personal jurisdiction and venue of those courts.

Nothing in this provision is intended to deprive a consumer of any non-waivable right, protection, or forum available under applicable law.

22. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These Terms, together with the policies incorporated into them and any additional terms applicable to a particular purchase, constitute the agreement governing use of the Store and purchases made through it.
