TERMS OF SERVICE

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of this website, online store, products, content, and related services (collectively, the "Store").

By visiting the Store, placing an order, or purchasing a product, you agree to these Terms and to our Return & Refund Policy, Shipping & Fulfillment Policy, Privacy Policy, and any other policies expressly applicable to your transaction.

If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Store or purchase products from it.

1. ELIGIBILITY AND ACCURATE INFORMATION

By using the Store, you represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement or are using the Store with the authorization of a parent or legal guardian where required.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when making a purchase or otherwise interacting with the Store.

You are responsible for reviewing your order information before submitting an order.

2. PRODUCTS AND AVAILABILITY

We reserve the right to add, modify, limit, replace, suspend, or discontinue products at any time without prior notice.

Products are subject to availability, including availability through third-party manufacturers, printers, suppliers, and fulfillment providers.

We do not guarantee continued availability of any particular product, design, size, color, style, material, edition, or configuration.

We reserve the right to limit quantities sold to any person, household, geographic region, or jurisdiction where reasonably necessary.

3. PRINT-ON-DEMAND AND THIRD-PARTY FULFILLMENT

Some or all physical products sold through the Store may be manufactured, printed, packaged, shipped, or otherwise fulfilled by independent third-party providers.

Items within the same order may be manufactured at different facilities and may arrive in separate shipments.

We may change manufacturers, printers, suppliers, carriers, or fulfillment providers without notice.

Reasonable differences resulting from manufacturing methods, printing processes, materials, production facilities, or product blanks do not necessarily constitute defects.

4. PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS, IMAGES, AND VARIATIONS

We make reasonable efforts to describe and display products accurately. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions, photographs, digital mockups, colors, dimensions, specifications, pricing, or other Store content will always be complete, current, or error-free.

Actual products may have reasonable variations in color, print placement, dimensions, materials, texture, stitching, finish, or other characteristics resulting from manufacturing and print-on-demand processes.

Colors may also appear differently depending upon a customer's monitor, phone, or other display.

Reasonable manufacturing, printing, and visual variations are not considered defects.

5. PRICES, PROMOTIONS, AND ERRORS

Prices, products, promotions, discounts, and availability may change without notice.

We reserve the right to correct typographical errors, pricing errors, promotional errors, product-description errors, or other inaccuracies.

If an order was placed based upon a material pricing or listing error, we reserve the right, to the extent permitted by applicable law, to cancel the affected transaction and refund the amount paid for the canceled item rather than fulfill the order at the erroneous price.

6. ORDERS AND OUR RIGHT TO REFUSE OR CANCEL

Submitting an order does not require us to accept or fulfill that order.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, we reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel an order for legitimate reasons, including:

Product or production unavailability;
Pricing, listing, or technical errors;
Suspected fraud or unauthorized transactions;
Payment problems;
Suspected resale or commercial misuse;
Abusive, threatening, or fraudulent conduct;
Violation of these Terms or other Store policies; or
Other legitimate operational or business reasons.

If we cancel a paid order before fulfillment, we will provide the appropriate refund for the canceled portion of the order.

7. ORDER CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS

Many products are made to order and may enter production shortly after purchase.

Once production has begun, an order generally cannot be changed or canceled.

Customers are responsible for reviewing product selections, sizes, colors, quantities, personalization, billing information, and shipping information before submitting an order.

Submitting a request to change or cancel an order does not guarantee that the request can be completed.

8. RETURNS, REFUNDS, AND EXCHANGES

Returns, refunds, replacements, and exchanges are governed by our Return & Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.

Because many products are made to order, sales are generally final except for eligible damaged, defective, materially misprinted, or incorrect items and circumstances where applicable law requires otherwise.

9. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Shipping, fulfillment, production, and delivery are governed by our Shipping & Fulfillment Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.

Production and delivery dates are estimates unless expressly guaranteed in writing.

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for delays or failures caused by carriers, fulfillment providers, customs, weather, natural disasters, governmental action, labor disruptions, incorrect addresses, supply interruptions, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Unless expressly stated otherwise, the Store and its contents—including books, written materials, photographs, graphics, illustrations, artwork, designs, product designs, logos, trademarks, branding, videos, downloads, educational materials, investigative materials, and other original content—are owned by or licensed to us and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

Purchasing a product does not transfer ownership of the intellectual property embodied in that product.

Except where expressly authorized in writing or otherwise permitted by law, you may not reproduce, republish, distribute, upload, copy, modify, sublicense, commercially exploit, sell unauthorized reproductions of, or create derivative commercial products from protected Store materials.

11. INFORMATIONAL, EDUCATIONAL, AND COMMENTARY CONTENT

Products or Store content concerning criminal cases, investigations, forensic science, forensic genetic genealogy, law enforcement, criminal defense, courts, legal issues, or related subjects are provided for informational, educational, commentary, or entertainment purposes, as applicable.

Nothing provided or sold through the Store constitutes individualized legal advice.

A purchase from the Store does not, by itself, establish an attorney-client, investigator-client, expert-witness, consultant-client, fiduciary, or other professional relationship.

Any professional engagement must be established separately through an applicable written agreement.

12. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

The Store may use or interact with third-party e-commerce platforms, manufacturers, fulfillment companies, printers, payment processors, shipping carriers, applications, analytics providers, advertising services, and other service providers.

Third parties may operate under their own terms, conditions, and privacy policies.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for independent acts, omissions, outages, failures, or delays of third parties outside our reasonable control.

13. PROHIBITED USE

You may not use the Store:

For unlawful or fraudulent purposes;
To interfere with Store security or operation;
To provide materially false or fraudulent information;
To engage in fraudulent payment disputes or chargebacks;
To scrape, harvest, copy, or systematically extract Store content without authorization;
To infringe our intellectual-property rights or the rights of another person;
To introduce malicious code or interfere with Store functionality; or
To attempt unauthorized access to accounts, systems, networks, or data.

We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access for violations of these Terms to the extent permitted by law.

14. FRAUD, CHARGEBACKS, AND PAYMENT DISPUTES

We reserve the right to investigate suspected fraud, unauthorized transactions, misuse, and payment disputes.

We encourage customers to contact us first regarding an order problem so that we have an opportunity to investigate and address the issue.

Where legally appropriate, we may provide relevant transaction information to payment processors, financial institutions, fulfillment providers, shipping carriers, professional advisers, or authorities.

Information submitted in connection with a chargeback or payment dispute may include order records, transaction information, tracking and delivery information, customer communications, photographs, policy-acceptance records, and other relevant evidence.

15. PRIVACY

Our collection, use, and disclosure of personal information are governed by our Privacy Policy.

By using the Store, you acknowledge the privacy practices described in that policy.

16. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE STORE AND PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," EXCEPT FOR WARRANTIES THAT CANNOT LEGALLY BE DISCLAIMED.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, WHERE SUCH DISCLAIMERS ARE LEGALLY PERMITTED.

Nothing in this section excludes or limits a warranty or consumer right that applicable law does not permit to be excluded or limited.

17. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, PUNITIVE, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE STORE, PRODUCTS, OR THESE TERMS.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING FROM A PARTICULAR PRODUCT PURCHASE WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT ACTUALLY PAID TO US FOR THE PRODUCT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that applicable law does not permit to be excluded or limited.

18. INDEMNIFICATION

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Store owner and its affiliates, contractors, service providers, and representatives from third-party claims, damages, liabilities, and reasonable expenses arising from your unlawful use of the Store, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of another person's rights.

19. SEVERABILITY

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted by law or severed as necessary.

The remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

20. NO WAIVER

Our failure to enforce a provision of these Terms on one occasion does not constitute a waiver of that provision or our right to enforce it in the future.

21. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We reserve the right to modify these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our products, business practices, technology, or applicable law.

The version applicable to a transaction will generally be the version in effect when the transaction occurred, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

22. GOVERNING LAW AND VENUE

These Terms, the Store, and any transaction or dispute arising out of or relating to the Store, its products, or services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles, except to the extent applicable federal law or another law that cannot legally be waived or modified applies.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to the Store, these Terms, or a transaction with the Store shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts having jurisdiction in Maricopa County, Arizona, and each party consents to the personal jurisdiction and venue of those courts.

Nothing in this provision is intended to deprive a consumer of any non-waivable right, protection, or forum available under applicable law.

23. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These Terms, together with the Return & Refund Policy, Shipping & Fulfillment Policy, Privacy Policy, and any additional terms expressly applicable to a particular purchase, constitute the agreement governing use of the Store and purchases made through it.
